The Clara reinterprets the classic 6" Moc Toe from the Heritage collection, originally designed in the early 1950s to meet the needs of hunters and farmers. The Red Wing Moc Toe was built to withstand tough work in difficult conditions, and the high shaft protected against snake bites. The name Red Wing "Moc Toe" comes from the word "Moccasin," the traditional Algonquin word for the U-shaped toe design. The Clara is built on a genuine leather heel with a triple reinforced Goodyear welt. The Clara features premium Red Wing Black Boundary leather tanned with oil from the S.B. Foot Tannery.
