When to use?

To be consumed as a snack before or during exercise, in small bites, starting from 30 minutes of activity.

Ingredients: Sweetened dried cranberries 32.4% (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), date paste, dehydrated apple cubes (apple, preservative: sulfites), stabiliser: acacia fibre, seed mix 6.4% (hulled sunflower seeds, unsalted roasted pumpkin seeds), hulled almonds 4%, blackcurrants infused with apple juice and dried 3.5% (blackcurrants, concentrated apple juice, sunflower oil), hulled hazelnuts 3%, dried Goji berries 2%, mineral mix (potassium phosphate, calcium phosphate, magnesium oxide) and vitamins (E, Riboflavin (B2), B6, Thiamine (B1), B12), rice flour, natural raspberry flavour 0.8%, refined salt.

May contain egg, milk, sesame, soy and other nuts.

It is important to maintain adequate fluid intake throughout the day (1.5 to 2L of water).
