It's a perfect lubricant for athletes, as it protects the skin from potential irritations caused by friction during sports or physical activities.

Uses: Sports for which we recommend its application: All those that may involve friction with clothing or the skin itself.

In particular: Athletics, cycling, swimming, triathlon, duathlon, trekking, skiing, etc…

Usage: Apply the vaseline to the areas most exposed to friction (neck, nipples, armpits, inner thigh, ankles).

It should be applied with a light massage before exercising or engaging in physical activity.
