Enterprise Japan Women's Cowhide Suede Sneakers 61 02

The ENTJPN 61 is born within THE ARCHIVE SERIES, the project by Enterprise Japan dedicated to the contemporary reinterpretation of archive shoes. A research exercise where proportions, materials, and visual codes are reinterpreted through the brand's DNA.

Inspired by 1960s running shoes, the silhouette is slim and light, with essential volumes that evoke the aesthetic of classic sportswear. The clean and functional design expresses an authentic attitude, made to withstand the test of time and accompany everyday movement.

The lavender suede and velvet upper highlights the essential construction of the silhouette and enhances its sought-after character. The EJ Rocket logo, printed in contrast on the side, lightens to become an essential graphic sign, almost like a Japanese kanji: an element that unites movement, identity, and culture into a single form. The double lace design, in lavender and light green, adds a distinctive detail that allows for personalising the sneaker's look, while the heritage label with the tag evokes the imagery of university competitions from the Sixties.

The thin sole, characterised by a deliberately worn effect, introduces time as a design value: a detail that gives authenticity and character to the sneaker.
